Yes — you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at operations@stratustierlabs.com. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, ever.

Monthly plans are billed every 30 days from the date you subscribe. Annual plans are billed once upfront for the full year at $49.90. You'll receive an email receipt after every payment. All billing is handled securely through Stripe — AirDate never stores your payment details.

Your watchlist data is never deleted. If you downgrade to Free, you'll still be able to view all your tracked shows, but you won't be able to add new ones beyond the 5-show free limit until you re-upgrade. Upgrade again anytime to restore full access instantly.

The Scoop is AirDate's live industry intelligence feed — pulling renewal announcements, cancellations, casting news, and production updates from Variety, Deadline, THR, TVLine, and more. Pro members get full unlimited access to every story as it drops. Free users see a limited preview.

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. AirDate never sees or stores your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data with bank-grade encryption and security.
